For products shipped from B&A's warehouse (this does NOT include drop shipments made from one of our manufacturers or distributors), use zip code: 74931 (for Bunch, Oklahoma). (For drop shipments from our manufacturers contact B&A for the zip code from their shipping point.)
Under DESTINATION, enter the country where the package is to be sent ("United States" is the default), the City, and the Zip Code (or Postal Code for outside the US).
Under PACKAGE INFORMATION: at the "Drop-off/Pickup", select "Daily Pickup Service". At "Packaging" select "Your Packaging" (meaning B&A's boxes). Enter the estimate weight (just make a reasonable guess at this point) for the package in the "Package Weight" box. The next group of boxes, the "Package Dimensions: Length, Width, Height" is not important for UPS Ground shipments, but is VERY important for UPS Air shipments (over a certain size). Probably the best way to estimate this is to imagine the size of the product to be ordered and add about 2" per dimension for packaging.
(Note: at a certain total size [L+W+H] UPS actually starts charging more for the size of a package sent via Air than the weight. This little piece of information can be found in fine print in the UPS shipper guide.).
Then click on the Calculate button; you will be presented with the estimated cost to ship the package with choices from the standard UPS Ground to all the Air options. There is another step you will need to perform to get the estimated amount more accurate. On that screen there is a note "To add optional services, click on the arrow -> next to the Service Type". Click on this button and enter the amount of the value of the shipment under "Insured Value Insurance" to add the amount for insurance.
B&A's adds one to two dollars to the cost for our handling cost (this includes the cost of the boxes, labels, UPS weekly pickup charge, etc).
You may want to print out this page for reference before selecting the UPS Quick Cost Calculator.
Please note that this page is to be used for estimating the cost to ship via UPS only.
B&A reserves the right to use the actual charges that UPS charges us.
